A Note from Our Senior Pastor

God loves you, just as you are, no matter what. It is the message you will receive each week at FBCM. It is our primary message. God loves each of us, unconditionally. There is nothing you can do to make God stop loving you!

My favorite quote is, "It is a lie, any talk of God that does not comfort you."- Meister Eckhart. In this place, you will not hear messages of fear or judgment. You will hear that you are cherished, valued beyond measure, and a holy being of God. You will hear that God has given you spiritual gifts, and receive help discovering them, exploring them, and learning how those gifts might play out in community. You will hear about growing and deepening relationships, trust building, and living in response to
God's great love for us.

Ministry Highlights & Happenings

Thriving Food Pantry and Kitchen Renovation Project

FBCM's food pantry began in the early 2000s with a card table and a few non-perishable items in the church lounge.  Since then, it has grown into a multi-room operation, feeding more than 200 individuals weekly.

Our ministerial focus has always been serving the community, and we feel blessed to partner with Moorestown Towship and others in doing so. This partnership is evident in our Food Pantry which is staffed by community AND congregational volunteers.

As food insercurity increases in our communities, our kitchen, which hasn't had working stoves and ovens in years, is being renovated to further support our Food Pantry. We are hoping to expand our outreach by cooking meals for our pantry guests and their families. Unfortunately, our kitchen project is on hold as we found out that the mortar between the fieldstones has crumbled, and the repair estimates to strengthen the church's foundation are beyond our budget. Throughout this entire process and roadblocks, the pantry has remained open, serving Moorestown and neighboring communities.

As we continue our long traditions of welcoming all and serving our community, many community members have asked how they can support our growing Food Bank and Kitchen Project. FBCM Celebrates
June Pride Month

Qmunity (FBCM's LGBTQIA+ and Allies Ministry Circle) will host a Pride BBQ on Sunday, June 28th from 11:30 to 1:30 at Pastor Jen and Sandy's home. Let's gather together, eat delicious food, commemorate the anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall riots (Pride is protest), and celebrate our FBCM LGBTQIA+ community and their contributions.
