KICK-OFF SUNDAY & MINISTRY FAIR

Join us on Sunday, September 14th as we KICK-OFF the new church year. This will be the first Sunday of Fall Programming when we resume our Children's Ministry Programming and our 2nd Hour opportunities. Many of our Bible studies, small groups, and fellowship opportunities will kick-off, as well. After service, please join us in Fellowship Hall (basement level) for our MINISTRY FAIR. Volunteers from Ministry Teams and Circles will be on hand to speak with you on ways you can get involved and cultivate your call and gifts. Come join us as we celebrate a new church year!

FLAMY GRANT and HEATHER MAE LIVE in Concert

All are invited to FBCM on Sat. Nov. 1st, from 6-8 PM for Flamy Grant and Heather Mae LIVE in concert. Flamy is a shame-slaying, hip-swaying, Billboard-Topping, #1 on iTunes, singing-songwriting Christian Drag Queen. Her music centers on the queer spiritual journey, telling stories of resilience & recovery from religious trauma where LGBTQIA+ people are frequently ignored by, harmed in, or ejected from religious spaces.

Heather Mae is a queer, award-winning social justice singer-songwriter and powerhouse vocalist. The driving force behind her growing must-see reputation is her unforgettable live show and roof-lifting vocals. A deftly-timed comic and mesmerizing storyteller, she confidently shepherds audiences through performances that are part concert, part communal catharsis. She is the winner of the Northeast Regional Folk Alliance Artist-Activist of the Year award.
